MANUFACTURING
A substantial amount of product presented
in this catalogue is manufactured in Pierlite’s
Padstow factory in Sydney, the largest plant
of its type in Australasia, occupying an
area of 15,000 square metres and employing
over 300 people.
Pierlite prides itself on a vertical, integrated
manufacturing system incorporating injection
moulding,

stamping, pressing and rollforming,
powdercoating
and assembly. |

The very latest computer integrated robotics,
CAD/CAM design processes and PLC controlled
metal fabrication maximise production efficiency
and luminairequality.
Pierlite is QA certified to ISO 9002, and
all products sold by Pierlite comply with
mandatory C-Tick and CISPR requirements
for
Electromagnetic Interference.
